Before AEON, CO₂ laser machines with DC glass tube required a maze of external accessories — air pumps, chillers, blowers, loose wires — creating cluttered workspaces and complicated setups.
AEON introduced the world’s first true all-in-one design, for CO2 glass tube machines, integrating every essential system into a clean, compact, reliable machine.
This approach has since become the industry standard.
2. Breaking the Speed Barrier of Glass CO₂ Laser Tubes
Traditional glass-tube CO₂ laser machines were limited to 300–500 mm/s engraving speeds with 2G acceleration.
Users accepted this — unless they paid over $10,0000 for an RF laser. AEON changed everything.
