Before AEON, CO₂ laser machines with a DC glass tube needed a maze of external accessories (air pumps, chillers, blowers, loose wires), which meant cluttered workspaces and complicated setups.
AEON introduced the world’s first true all-in-one design for CO₂ glass tube machines, bringing every essential system together in one clean, compact, reliable machine. That approach has since become the industry standard.
2. Breaking the Speed Barrier of Glass CO₂ Laser Tubes
Traditional glass-tube CO₂ laser machines were limited to engraving speeds of 300–500 mm/s with 2G acceleration. Users accepted this, unless they were willing to pay over $10,000 for an RF laser. AEON changed everything.
Our glass-tube machines reach 1200 mm/s engraving speed and 5G acceleration, with high-quality output maintained at full speed.
Today, AEON machines equipped with an RF tube reach 5000 mm/s and 15G acceleration, which makes them the fastest CO₂ laser machines on earth.
3. First Tool-less Maintenance System
Laser maintenance used to be slow, technical, and frustrating. Users had to remove mirrors and lenses by hand, then realign the entire optical path.
AEON introduced a tool-less, twist-and-turn maintenance system that minimizes downtime and eliminates alignment headaches. The industry followed.
4. First Integrated Autofocus System
Before AEON, autofocus systems were unreliable:
Pin-type sensors could damage materials, and optical sensors failed on transparent surfaces.
AEON developed the first integrated autofocus system that works reliably across materials and environments, and it’s now a benchmark for others.
