Where is my laser?

Your laser will go through the following stages from assembly to delivery:

1. Queued — Order received and sent to the factory.
2. Allocating Parts — Machines in production queue to begin assembly.
3. Assembly in Progress — Machines currently being assembled in the factory.
4. Loading Soon — Machines leaving the subsidiary factory toward the loading dock.
5. Ship Name — Machines on a cargo ship, crossing the ocean.
6. Shipping Now — Machines en route to your location.

When will my laser arrive?

We currently estimate 3 to 4 months for delivery. ETAs may adjust as production and processing scales.

How can I track my laser once it sets sail?

Ship names become available during transit. Track shipments via marinetraffic.com or by clicking the ship name provided.
