How the warranty process works

Don't remove the machine label

Your warranty claim requires a clear photo of the machine label showing the manufacture date and serial number. Don't remove it, keep it intact for the life of the machine.

Open a support ticket

Submit a ticket with a detailed description of the issue and a photo or short video showing the problem. The more detail, the faster the diagnosis.

Authorize the replacement

If one of our US technicians identify that a replacement part is needed, we will reverify the shipping address, test and dispatch a replacement part to you free of charge.

Resolution

When your replacement part arrives, our extensive library of step-by-step knowledge base articles is available to guide you. If you need extra help, you can book a one-on-one session with one of our U.S.-based support specialists.

Exclusions & frequently asked

What is NOT covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by an object striking the unit, fire, theft, freezing, environmental exposure, exceeding the duty cycle, modifying or altering the unit, or any other misuse. Acts of God (floods, fires, tornadoes, earthquakes) and acts of war are also excluded.

Aeon Laser USA is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to personal injury or death, property damage, loss of time or inconvenience, loss of business, revenue, or profits, or equipment downtime or operational delays.

Failure to properly maintain the unit will void the warranty.

What is covered under the warranty?

The industry leading 2 year warranty covers end to end of the machine, outside of the consumable lenses and optics. The machine frame, motors, servo drive/stepper motor drivers, laser tube, RF lasers, gantry, motion control system, controllers, keypad, AC power systems, switches, e-stop, internal connection, camera, exhaust fan, air pump, water chiller and sensors.

Do I need to register my machine?

You don't need to register the machine separately. Once ordered, your machine records are tied to the original purchaser. but you do need to keep the machine label intact. Warranty claims require a photo of the label clearly showing the manufacture date and serial number, that's how we verify coverage.

Is my warranty transferable?

Yes absolutely! Open a support ticket and make sure to include the serial number of the machine, current owner, and new owner contact information (Name, address, phone number, email). The team here will update the profile and the new owner will still have the remainder warranty transferred.

What do I need to file a support ticket?

Three things: You serial number, a detailed description of the issue, and a photo and/or video of the problem. Submitting all three up front speeds up diagnosis significantly.

Will a technician come to my shop?

Aeon Laser USA does not offer on-site check-ups or routine repair services. Most warranty issues are resolved remotely via email and phone.

What is Aeon's total liability under the warranty?

Aeon Laser USA's liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of defective parts, as determined solely by Aeon Laser USA. Under no circumstances shall Aeon Laser USA's total liability exceed the original purchase price of the machine.
