Today, we are proud to announce a major milestone in the evolution of Aeon Laser in the United States.
Aeon Laser USA is being officially acquired by Suzhou Aeon Laser Technology Co., Ltd. (Aeon Laser China)
.Effective March 2, 2026, all new Aeon Laser machine sales in the U.S., along with marketing and social media channels, will be managed directly by Aeon Laser China through its newly established U.S. entity:

For many years, EMP and Aeon Laser China have worked side by side to raise the bar in laser technology across the United States. Together, we built more than a product line. We built a brand, a culture, and a standard for what customer support and innovation should look like.
EMP has played a foundational role in shaping the identity and community behind Aeon lasers in the U.S. market.
Now, as the brand continues to scale globally, the next stage requires direct integration between manufacturing, sales, and long term strategic growth in the United States.
This acquisition allows exactly that.
It positions Aeon for stronger alignment, faster innovation, and expanded support capabilities in the years ahead.
To ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition, the process will happen in phases.
Phase 1 – Sales Transition (Beginning March 2, 2026)Starting March 2:
Customers with existing EMP quotes or open invoices will have until March 15, 2026 to complete their purchase directly with their EMP sales representative. This includes:
All pending Aeon orders will continue to be delivered by EMP.
Aeon Laser China intends to have all pending orders completed and heading to the US by the end of March / early April.

Phase 2 will focus on gradually transferring:
Aeon Laser China is already building its U.S.-based aftersales infrastructure and team.
From Day 1, all new customers purchasing under Aeon Laser USA Inc. will be supported directly by Aeon Laser China.
For existing customers, the transition will occur gradually once systems, staffing, and inventory are fully prepared.
No final date has been set for Phase 2 completion, but it is a top priority. Updates will be shared as we approach each stage.
Our partners, influencers, sponsors, and educators have been instrumental in building the Aeon presence in the United States.
During the acquisition process, some partnership discussions and sponsorship initiatives were temporarily paused while we worked through the structural transition. Those individuals and organizations have not been forgotten. In fact, they will be among the first to be contacted once the transition officially begins.
Aeon Laser USA Inc. intends to actively nurture and expand these relationships. The goal is not only continuity, but growth. We are committed to strengthening our community presence, increasing collaboration opportunities, and investing in the creators, educators, and industry leaders who have helped elevate the brand.
