Machines ship directly from our subsidiary factory and are not cancelable once they have shipped.
In-stock machines and EMP Signature Series Lasers ship directly from our warehouse in Florida.
Lasers, stands, filter boxes, lids and Glass Tubes are shipped via Ground Freight. All other items are shipped via small parcel.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
All shipping methods are to be selected upon purchase and before payment is made.
Shipping method ONLY designates the approximate shipping time. This does not take into account processing time.
EMP is not responsible for any delays in shipping.
Shipping is available to the United States (all 50 states), Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean.
Orders paid by check may take 3-7 business days to clear before processing. To avoid delays, we recommend using a credit card, ACH payment, cashier's check, or wire transfer, which are processed immediately upon receipt.
Orders will not ship until full payment has been received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Aeon Lasers ship directly from our subsidiary factory, and once an order has shipped, it is no longer cancelable.
Items that are out of stock or on back-order will be reserved with payment for next possible delivery date.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inquire about availability before purchase.
Refunds WILL NOT be issued to customers who failed to contact EMP about availability.
EMP is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
All freight shipments that ship from our warehouse in Florida are insured.
If a machine or freight item are damaged during transit, EMP will contact the carrier to file the claim. This is not a guarantee of any discount or refund, it is up to the shipping company's discretion.
Customer is responsible for proper documentation for the claim: ie. Driver signing the Bill of Landing (BOL), pictures, etc.
We only issue a refund if we are refunded by the shipping company, usually these are partial refunds.
If the customer is shipping things back to our warehouse, it is their responsibility to insure the package and file any claims for damage or missing items.
UPS ground packages are not insured and will only be insured at the customers request at an extra charge.
EMP is not responsible for pursuing disputes with the shipping company. All claims must be settled between the customer and the shipping company directly before a credit can be issued.
