AEON Laser USA wants you to LOVE your new laser. You just made a great investment, and we know you want to operate and maintain your laser properly. For your peace of mind, machine longevity, and overall satisfaction, please consult with AEON Laser USA during and after your warranty period, for suggested maintenance and any instances that require technical support.
We encourage you to review the unit's Operation Manual and follow the recommended maintenance procedures. If you have any questions on how to keep your laser in good working order, please contact AEON Laser USA at (321) 821-7774.
The Warranty goes into effect upon receipt of your new laser and expires at the end of the applicable Warranty Period for the specified component, outlined in the Standard and Extended Equipment Warranty Periods table below.
The Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any non-consumable unit defects that are reported during the warranty period. Any requests to replace or repair any defective components, must be approved by AEON Laser USA prior to any work being performed. If replacements or repairs are initiated prior to obtaining proper guidance from AEON Laser USA, the Warranty will be null and void.
AEON Laser USA will provide replacement of the components listed in the Standard and Extended Equipment Warranty Periods table for the applicable Warranty Period in accordance with the Limitation of Terms listed below.
Do not remove the machine label affixed to the back of the laser. The machine label has the equipment manufacture date and serial number. It must be provided when filing a warranty claim.
To file a claim, we require a photo of the machine label clearly showing the manufacture date and serial number of the machine. A detailed description, photo, and/or video of any issues encountered is also appreciated. Aeon Laser USA technicians may require more information to not only solve an issue, but to obtain enough evidence to apply for the warrantied parts from the manufacturer.
In the event that tools and/or parts are required for diagnostic purposes, or it is deemed that a machine needs to be replaced, an electronic credit card authorization form for the retail value of the required items must be completed and signed prior to shipment. This is merely a formality to ensure the timely return of all items in question and will not result in an actual charge unless items are not returned within 30 days of receipt. Failure to complete and sign the credit card authorization form will delay the expedient processing of these items.
The warranty offered by AEON Laser USA is entirely limited to replacement of malfunctioning parts. AEON Laser USA does not offer onsite check ups or repair services. However, in the event a warrantied part requires professional repair, AEON Laser USA will dispatch a technician and cover the travel expenses, accommodations and salary of that technician.
After a warranty claim is approved, AEON Laser USA will send out the warranty parts as quickly as possible. Components that are absolutely essential to the proper functionality of a machine are warehoused in Melbourne, FL and will be expedited (with the exception of laser tubes). Non-essential parts or warranty claims arising from cosmetic damage, will likely take longer to replace as some parts might need to be ordered from the manufacturer.
In the event that diagnostic tools and/or additional parts are sent in good faith for troubleshooting purposes, or AEON Laser USA requests the return of a defective machine or parts, such items must be returned within 30 days. Failure to comply will constitute the purchase of these tools or parts and will be collected in the amount specified per the signed credit card authorization form. In the event that payment cannot be collected, AEON Laser USA reserves the right to void the warranty in its entirety. Once voided, the warranty cannot be reinstated.
All lasers require periodic maintenance, as outlined in the unit’s Operation Manual, and it is the responsibility of the end user to perform such maintenance. Failure to properly maintain the unit will void the Warranty.
Damage or failure caused by an object striking the unit, fire, theft, freezing, environmental exposure, exceeding the duty cycle, modifying or altering the unit, and/or any other misuse is not covered under the factory Warranty. Furthermore, damage or failure caused by acts of God, such as; floods, fires, tornadoes and earthquakes, or acts of war are also not covered under the factory Warranty.
