For the life of your laser, we offer Free Tech Support. Here is how it works:

Step 1: Email

For any general tech support questions, email support@aeonlaser.us for the fastest service! Someone will respond to you promptly.

Step 2: Phone or Video

If your machine is malfunctioning, create a Support Ticket Request to get help. You can count on having parts delivered overnight whenever possible. Once received, US techs are standing by to walk you step by step through the repair via phone, Zoom, Skype or Facetime.

Step 3: In-Person

If we can't fix your issue remotely, you may qualify to receive a visit from our emergency response team. Aeon Laser USA can have a qualifed technician deployed and at your front door within 48 hours of your distress call.
