Step 2. Launch the App

It may be located in your "Downloads" folder.

Step 3. Give the 9-digit number to your IT admin.

Step 4. When you no longer need support, be sure to quit the program.

IMPORTANT Quitting the program ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed anymore until you run the program and explicitly grant permission again.
