EMP Signature Series REDLINE lasers feature a high-end USA made ceramic tube, USA made motors and drivers, as well as a USA made, machined-aluminum gantry made from scratch in our shop.

All Signature Series machines are proudly assembled at Aeon Laser USA in Melbourne, Florida. Each machine is upgraded from start to finish by one dedicated technician, who literally signs each laser, hence Signature Series.

The EMP Signature Series is available for all Aeon REDLINE models, except the MIRA5 S.

What are the advantages of a CeramiCore® laser tube?

Innovative Design

Traditional laser sources for processing often use all-metal or glass constructions. CeramiCore® technology, however, introduces a groundbreaking ceramic design that offers significant advantages over these conventional materials. The ceramic construction eliminates the need for aluminum welds or seals that can potentially leak over time. This reliability is ensured by the manufacturing process, where two ceramic half-shells are fused to create the resonator. The ceramic resonator undergoes a firing process at 800 degrees, which thoroughly cleans the interior surface.

Maintaining Pure Gas Composition

In the ceramic design, all optical elements are attached to the ceramic body, with electrodes positioned outside the resonator. Gas excitation occurs through the ceramic material, eliminating any internal metal surfaces that could disrupt the gas mixture's stability. This design ensures a consistent and pure gas composition throughout the laser source's lifetime, guaranteeing extended operational longevity.

Enhanced Engraving Performance
